With the growth of the business, virtual assistants built by AlphaBlues already handle more than 250,000 conversations each month for our customers. At such scale reliable infrastructure becomes important in running our solutions.
Recently AlphaBlues became a member of the AWS Partner Network (APN) and achieved APN Select Technology Partner status. To qualify for APN Select Technology Partner status, the company was required to train and certify its staff and demonstrate a sizeable customer base already on AWS. This is most of all aimed at benefiting our customers.
